Refunds will not be accepted as cups are made to order. If your product has a defect or is broken, please send a picture to cupaliciousboutique@gmail.com and you will recieve a refund after the product is shipped back, and recieved.

If you would like to cancel your order, it must be within 24 hours after ordering.
